  • How to Rent from Us

    Renting from us is easy and stress-free! Here's how it works:

    1. Browse Our Selection: Start by exploring our wide range of rental items to find the perfect pieces that match your event's style and theme.
    2. Add to Cart: Once you’ve found what you need, simply add the items to your cart.
    3. Checkout: When you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

  • Rental Booking Requirements

    To reserve your rental items, you will need to provide the following information:

    • Your name, phone number, and billing address
    • The event address
    • A valid credit card on file (even if paying with cash, check or Venmo, a credit card on file is required for incidental, damages, or to refund security deposits.) 
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event

    We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and checks.

  • Delivery & Pickup Charges

    We’re happy to deliver your rental items within a 45 mile radius from Bolivar, MO. Our delivery and pickup fees are as follows:

    • Within Bolivar City Limits:
      A flat fee of $100 covers both delivery and pickup.
    • Outside Bolivar City Limits:
      The delivery and pickup fee starts at $100, plus $1.00 per mile each way from Bolivar.
      (For example, a location 10 miles outside Bolivar would be $100 + (10 miles x $2) = $120 total.)

    A responsible party must be available to confirm delivery of items and sign for receipt at delivery location.

  • Delivery Includes:

    • Delivery of all rental items to your specified location.
    • Items will be stacked in a mutually convenient location for easy access.
    • Arches and backdrops that require assembly will be put together by the delivery driver.
    • Setup of chairs and tables is not included in the delivery service.

    Pickup Preparation Expectations:

    • Please ensure tables and chairs are neatly stacked in the same location as when they were delivered.
    • Pack all items back as they were received, ensuring they are organized and ready for pickup.
    • If any items are damaged, please separate them from the rest of the items for easy identification during pickup.
    • In the event of inclement weather, all items must be stored in dry locations for pickup.

    Please note, we must be able to drop off and pick up within 50' of the event location. 

    Please notify us prior to the event if there are stairs or difficult terrain.  Additional fees may apply as it may require more time, labor, or additional delivery staff. 

    We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery and pickup process. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • Yes, of course! If you’d like to save on the delivery fee, you’re welcome to pick up and return the items yourself.  Pickup and delivery location is 1413 West Broadway, Bolivar.   We require items be transported covered in a clean vehicle, to protect from weather elements and road grime. You should be prepared to load and unload the items yourself and bring appropriate gear such as moving blankets and tarps and straps to secure items. Our staff and equipment will thank you!

    Also, please remember that items need to be picked up and returned at the specified times to avoid any extra charges. Do not drop off or leave items unattended.  Items must be checked in with a member of our staff.

  • Absolutely! Honestly, photos just don’t do our rental items justice—seeing them in person will give you a true appreciation for their quality and style. Our showroom is located at 1413 West Broadway, Bolivar. To ensure we can give you our full attention, viewings are by appointment only. Just call Marla Moreland at 417-399-1349 to set up a time that works best for you.

  • If you'd like to add more items to your order, no problem! You can simply create a new order for the additional items you'd like to rent.

  • We will ensure that all rental items are in good condition and in proper working order prior to pickup or delivery. However, as the renter, you are responsible for the rental items from the moment you receive them until they are returned.

    MISSING ITEMS:  All rental items are counted at delivery to your site and at the time of pick up. We will promptly notify you if any items are missing and you will be charged the replacement cost. Should you find the item later and return it to us in good condition, we will be glad to refund this charge. 

    DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged items will be charged at 50% of the replacement cost if the item can be restored to satisfactory rental condition.  If the item cannot be restored, or if it is missing, the full replacement cost will apply.

    If you are concerned about potential mishaps, we recommend purchasing independent event insurance for added peace of mind.
